New post Working in a Novus Ordo school?
Should a teaching job at a Novus Ordo school be considered? Teaching religion would probably conflict with their authorities, but how about math, English, or history. As someone possibly considering a teaching job once I graduate, Novus Ordinarian schools seem better than public schools. Any thoughts?

I'm sure they each have their challenges, Philip. :)

I know of an SSPX who was let go by a NO school simply because of his attendance at an SSPX chapel. It's a bit of a unique situation, as these schools seemingly allow any number of non-Catholics, lukewarm NOers, etc. to teach, but if a traditionalist comes along, that's a no-no.

It reminds of something Bishop Williamson said: "a system of lies can tolerate any other system of lies, but not Catholic tradition, which is truth."
